    We offer in-house Screen Printing. We take extra special care during every step of the screen printing process, assuring your custom apparel comes out vibrant and accurate. Orders that meet our 12 piece minimum are screen printed.

    DTG (Direct-To-Garment) Printing and DTF (Direct-To-Film) Transfers are perfect for smaller runs under 12 pieces, and on a case by case basis or by request. We use EPSON DTG printers in-house for all of our DTG and DTF jobs.

How long is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from the time your proof is approved - in some cases, can take longer depending on order size, product availability, and other factors.

Do you price match?

If you find your custom apparel at a better price somewhere else, e-mail your quote to support@radprint.co and our team will do our best to match that price, or even go lower in certain circumstances.

Does your team fix artwork?

Yes, whenever you upload artwork to be made into custom apparel, we optimize your artwork for printing or embroidery free of charge.

How is the proof sent?

Proofs are sent through e-mail, where you can click to view your proof and either approve or deny. If you reject the proof, please provide details for the changes you would like to be made prior to production.

What file format is best for my artwork?

We recommend providing a vectorized file in .pdf, .eps, or .ai file with editing capabilities so we can separate colors and make adjustments as needed. We also accept .jpg, .png, and .tif if you only have an image file. We have years of expert graphic design experience and can repair or prepare your artwork properly for custom apparel production.

How is price calculated?

Our pricing is all-inclusive. What you see, is what you get with no hidden fees. Here's what your purchase includes:
