Refund policy

Due to the nature of custom apparel, we do not offer refunds or returns, and all sales are final. If you notice any defects or lack in quality of workmanship, we will work with you to replace your order as a courtesy, and in some special cases we will apply store credit or refund your order to remedy the situation - both cases pending approval of RAD PRINT COMPANY LLC and within reasonable terms outlined by our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage you to address any concerns promptly to expedite the resolution process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom apparel, sale items or gift cards.
