Can I choose the leather color and thread color?
Yes. Each patch is hand-dyed in your choice of leather color (natural tan, dark brown, black, and more). You also choose the thread color used to sew the patch onto the hat. Both are selected during the order process.
How is the patch attached to the hat?
Every patch is sewn on — no heat press, no adhesive. Sewn attachment is the most durable method and the only one we offer. The perimeter stitch is part of the look.
Can I see what my patch will look like before ordering?
Yes — during Step 2 of the order process, you get a live mockup of your artwork on the patch in real time. Our system automatically removes backgrounds from uploaded images so you can see the engraved result instantly.
What hat styles work best with leather patches?

Can my logo have multiple colors on a leather patch?
Laser engraving is a two-tone process — the natural leather color plus the engraved tone. Complex multi-color logos are not suited to leather patches. Simple, bold artwork with clean lines engraves best and looks sharpest.
