Custom Screen-Printed T-Shirts: Bold Art, Printed In-House
Every shirt is printed in our Nevada shop using plastisol — the most durable, vibrant ink in the industry. Spot color, CMYK 4-color process, full color with white underbase. If you can design it, we can print it.

Why Screen Printing Remains the Industry Standard
Screen printing has been decorating garments since the 1910s — and it's still the dominant method because it solves the right problems. Rich, opaque color on any fabric tone. Prints that outlast the garment. Economics that improve dramatically with quantity.
We print everything in-house, which means we control quality at every step: screen burning, ink mixing, placement, curing. No outsourcing, no handoff, no surprises.
Plastisol: Our Standard Ink
We print with plastisol ink — the industry standard for screen printing. Plastisol sits on top of the fabric fibers and, when properly cured at 320°F, produces a print that is vibrant, wash-resistant, and long-lasting on any garment color.
Specialty inks — including discharge, metallic, and glow-in-the-dark — are available upon request for qualifying orders. Ask when starting your order.

Print Techniques: Spot Color, CMYK & Full Color
Each color is a separate mixed ink and screen. Best for bold logos, wordmarks, and graphics with defined color areas. 1–6 colors is our standard range.
Cyan, magenta, yellow, and black halftone dots reproduce full-color photos and gradients. On dark garments, we print a white underbase first so colors read true.
For light or white blanks, full-color process printing delivers photographic detail without a white underbase, for a softer, more blended result.

Choosing Your Blank: Fit, Weight & Fabric
Bella+Canvas 3001 is our most popular blank — retail fit, 4.2 oz airlume cotton, available in 100+ colors. Comfort Colors 1717 is the choice for a vintage garment-dyed look. Gildan 64000 offers the best economics for large volume runs.
Fabric weight affects how a print sits and feels. Lighter shirts (3.7–4.2 oz) have a softer drape; heavier shirts (5.3–6.1 oz) provide a more structured print surface.
We print every shirt ourselves — same shop, same press, same standard every run. That consistency is what makes reorders look identical to originals.
MOQ, Mix & Match Sizing
Our minimum is 12 pieces per design. Size breakdowns are standard — split your run across S, M, L, XL, 2XL at no extra charge. Sizes 3XL and above may carry a small upcharge depending on the blank.
Screens are stored on file after your first run. Reorders are faster and lower-cost — no new setup fees for the same design.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for custom screen-printed t-shirts?
Our minimum is 12 pieces per design. You can mix sizes (S through 2XL) and shirt colors across the run — as long as the design is the same, they all count toward your 12.
What ink types do you use?
We print with plastisol — the industry standard for vibrant, durable, long-lasting screen prints. Specialty inks (discharge, metallic, glow) are available upon request for qualifying orders.
Do you print everything in-house?
Yes. Every shirt is printed in our Nevada shop. That means we control quality at every step — from screen burning and ink mixing to curing and final inspection.
How many colors can my design have?
Each color requires a separate screen. Spot color printing (1–6 colors) is our standard. For photographic or gradient artwork, we offer CMYK 4-color process with a white underbase for dark garments — or full-color process printing on light garments.
What is the difference between spot color and CMYK process printing?
Spot color uses individual mixed ink colors — best for bold logos, wordmarks, and designs with defined color areas. CMYK 4-color process uses cyan, magenta, yellow, and black halftone dots to reproduce full-color photos and gradients. For dark shirts, we lay down a white underbase first so the colors read true.
What t-shirt brands and blanks do you carry?
We stock and can order from Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Alternative Apparel, Comfort Colors, and more. Each brand has different fits, weights, and fabric compositions. Ask us about samples before committing to a blank.
Will the print crack or fade over time?
Properly cured plastisol prints (cured at 320°F through our conveyor dryer) are extremely durable. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low — prints will outlast the garment with normal care.
