With a small minimum order quantity of 12 pieces, we take great care at every step of the printing process to ensure your custom apparel is vibrant and precise.
Embroidery

Your Artwork / Logo
We accept .pdf, .png, .ai, .psd, .jpg/jpeg, or .eps files. We prefer files that are high-quality with editing capabilities so we can separate colors and make small adjustments as needed.
We optimize your artwork/logo for printing or embroidery free of charge along with your order. We can also create artwork for your custom apparel, just e-mail us at support@radprint.co before placing your order with your request.
Pricing
When you purchase custom apparel through Rad Print Co., the blank apparel, setup fees/digitization fees, free artwork check, printing/embroidery fees for standard placements, labor, and free ground shipping for orders over $100 are included.
Production/Lead Time
Our standard turnaround is 7-21+ days currently depending on order size, but we always try to get your order done as fast as possible without sacrificing accuracy or quality. Turnaround may be effected by product availability, order size, and other factors. If you need it rushed or by a certain date, please contact us here
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Screenprinting: 12
- Embroidery: 6
You can mix and match colors and sizes of the same product to meet the minimum and to qualify for bulk discounts.
Select premium products like Carhartt Jackets, The North Face Jackets, etc. have a minimum of 1 pieces. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need less than a products minimum, we may be able to coordinate with you.
Pre-Production Proof
We send a pre-production proof to your e-mail before beginning production on your custom apparel. You can either approve or deny the proof, and request changes in the portal.
Local Delivery
Yes, we offer local delivery to Reno and surrounding areas. Rad Print Co. is located in Reno, NV. We do not currently have a public retail walk-in location. We are proud to serve our local community and customers online nationwide! If you need to make special arrangements, please feel free to contact us
